Banana Split Dessert
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick margarine/butter, melted
2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks margarine/butter, soft but not melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
4-5 bananas
1 large tub Cool Whip
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine/butter in a 9x13 pan- pat in pan.
Beat the sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla on high in a mixer for 15 mins.(This part is a must). Spread over the crust.
Carefully spread pineapple over the cream mixture.Slice bananas over the pineapple. Spread 1 Cool Whip over the bananas and decorate with cherries and nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
