Caramel Apples Dessert
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
3 cups chopped Granny Smith and Golden Delicious apples
1 cup chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping; add apples and pecans.
Place in refrigerator until cold.
Can be served as is as a dessert in a pretty serving dish or over angel food cake.
