Cherry Dessert
1 box of graham crackers
4 c cold milk
2 (6 oz) boxes of vanilla instant pudding
1 (9 oz) carton of whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 oz) can of cherry pie filling
Mix the instant pudding with the 4 c of cold milk for 2 minutes on low speed. Set aside for 5 minutes. Then add the
whipped topping and mix until blended.
Layer 1 -line the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with a single layer of whole graham crackers.
Layer 2 - Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of the crackers.
Layer 3 - Whole graham crackers on top of pudding.
Layer 4 - Remaining pudding mixture.
Layer 5 - Whole graham crackers.
Layer 6 - Cherry pie filling.
Refrigerate overnight. Serves 18 to 24
