FamousŪ Chocolate Refrigerator Roll

Total Time: 4hr 30 mins
Serves: 12
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups whipping cream , whipped
1 pkg. (9 oz.) FAMOUS Chocolate Wafers
Stir vanilla into whipped cream.
Spread 1/2 Tbsp. whipped cream on each wafer. Begin stacking wafers together and stand on edge on serving platter to make 14-inch log.
Frost with remaining whipped cream. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. To serve, garnish with
chocolate curls; slice roll at 45°F angle.

Special Extra: Freeze until firm; cover with plastic wrap. Thaw in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
