Four Layer Delight

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup chopped pecans
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 (4 serving size) boxes instant chocolate pudding
2 cups evaporated milk
2 cups milk
1 pkg. nut topping


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

First Layer: Mix together flour, margarine, and pecans. Pat into an 9x13 Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

Second Layer: Combine 8 oz. Cool Whip, 8 oz. cream cheese, and 1 cup sifted powdered sugar. Spread over cooled crust.

Third Layer: Combine 2 small boxes chocolate pudding mix, 2 cups evaporated milk and 2 cups milk. Mix with mixer until thickened. Spread on top of Cool whip layer already in pan.

Fourth Layer: Top with other 8 oz. Cool Whip. Sprinkle nut topping over all.
