Lemon Dessert

1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup nuts -- chopped
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
2 packages instant lemon pudding -- small pkg.
3 cups milk
Mix flour, margarine, and the nuts like pie crust and put into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and cool.
Mix cream cheese, cool whip, and powdered sugar together and spread over cooled crust.
Mix the lemon pudding with 3 cups of milk. Let stand for 10 minutes until it becomes thick. spread in pan. Cover top
with Cool Whip.
