Pistachio Cooler

36 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
9 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 Heath bar, chilled and crumbled

Mix Ritz crackers with melted butter and press into 9 x
13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees and cool. Mix 2 packages pistachio pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream. Pour over crust.

Put in freezer until hard. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts and/or crumbled Heath bar on top. Chill in refrigerator.
