Raspberry Layer Dessert
graham crackers
1 pound powdered sugar
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
6 ounces of Raspberry Jello, dissolved in
2 cups boiling water
2 packages frozen raspberries
1/2 pint whipping cream
Line bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with whole graham crackers. Cream the sugar, butter and eggs together and pour over the layer of graham crackers.Add another layer of graham crackers.
Combine jello, boiling water, and berries and just as soon as it begins to set, pour over the layer of crackers.
Whip cream until stiff, (do not sweeten cream) and spread over raspberries. Garnish with cracker crumbs, if desired. Refrigerate. May be made the day before.
