Striped Delight 
1 c flour 
1 c finely chopped pecans 
3/4 c sugar, divided 
1/2 c margarine, melted 
8 oz cream cheese, softened 
2 2/3 c cold milk, divided 
3 1/2 c (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed, divided 
1 (6 serving size) instant pudding mix 
chocolate curls, optional 
Combine flour, pecans, 1/2 c of the sugar and the margarine. Mix until the flour is moistened. Press onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned. Cool completely on a wire rack. 
Combine cream cheese, remaining 1/4 c sugar and 2 tbsp of the milk. Beat until smooth. Add 1/2 of the whipped topping and mix. Spread over cooled crust. 
Pour remaining milk into a mixing bowl, add pudding and beat with a wire whisk until well blended, about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer and chill at least 4 hours, or overnight. 
Spread remaining whipped topping over all just before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
