Crepes: Dessert Crepes

Jell-O pudding recipe book, "Jell-O Pudding Ideabook".
Dessert Crepes
(makes 5)

2 eggs
1 pkg (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling (not instant)
1/2 c. light cream


Beat eggs with a rotary beater, electric mixer or in an electric blender until very light and frothy. Add Jell-O Pudding Mix and cream, mixing well. Pour 1/4 c. of the batter at a time into hot, well-buttered 10-inch skillet. When golden brown, turn to brown other side.

FOR 7 to 8 CREPES: use 3 eggs, 1 pkg (6-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling (not instant), and 3/4 c. light cream.

For a filling try sliced strawberries (if fresh, slice and mix with a little sugar and let sit to form a natural juice) or try sliced bananas.

Fill crepe with fruit and top with whipped cream or chocolate sauce.
