Bavarian Custard

1 (3.4 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling (regular or sugar free)
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz) carton (1 cup) sour cream (regular, light or no fat)
1 (8 oz) carton ( 1 cup) lowfat vanilla yogurt
Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or mint

Place pudding mix in a bowl and stir the milk in with a wire whisk, stirring until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Add the sour cream and yogurt, whisking until smooth. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Spoon into individual dessert dishes and top with desired fruit(s).

Six servings.
