Fresh Fruit Pizza

Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Topping:
1/4 cup apricot preserves


Preheat oven to 400° F.

Mix flour, sugar, and nuts. Add butter and mix well. Press into a 9" pie pan, but just up sides, not on rim. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool.

Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and spread on cooled crust. Place desired fruit on creamed cheese mixture (peaches, nectarines, strawberries, bananas, bing cherries, any fruit except fresh pineapple). Mix apricot preserves with small amount of water; drizzle over fruit for glaze. Chill until time to serve.
