1 can Eagle Brand cream
4 whole eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 can water
1/2 cup sugar (separate)

Blend cream, eggs, vanilla and water together in a blender until well blended. Set aside.

Prepare caramelized sugar by using approximately 1/2 cup of white sugar. Pour sugar into a frying pan (non-stick is better) heating it on medium high heat, stirring constantly. Continue heating until golden syrup forms.

Pour caramelized sugar into a foil loaf pan, then carefully pour flan mixture over sugar. Place the loaf pan into a baking pan with approximately 1 inch of water in it. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Chill for at least 2 hours. Turn out onto a serving dish.
