1 Angel food cake -- prepared
1 pint fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 pint Raspberry sherbet
1 jar Currant jelly
Frozen low-fat whipped topping
Sherry Wine
Sliced Almonds

Set out the frozen whipped topping to thaw. Slightly soften the yogurt and the sherbet. Slice cake horizontally into three layers.

Sprinkle bottom layer with Sherry wine; spread with a 1/2 of the Currant jelly; spread with a layer of yogurt then a layer of sherbet. Place second layer of cake on top and repeat the filling layer. Top with remaining cake. Ice the top and sides with the whipped topping, sprinkle with the almonds and freeze until ready to serve. Makes 10 servings.
