Frozen Chocolate Bananas

4 bananas
16 oz. choc. chips (melted over a double broiler with 2 Tablespoons veggie oil)
1 cup chopped walnuts


Put chocolate in a warm shallow bowl. Make sure it is warm or the cold bowl will harden the chocolate sooner than you want it too.

Put toothpicks in the top and bottom of the banana and gently roll the banana in the melted chocolate. Let drain and then roll in chopped nuts. Put on waxed paper which is on a cookie sheet and put in freezer uncovered. As soon as they are frozen (about 3 hours) cover each banana with plastic wrap or freezer wrap.
