Frozen Chocolate Mousse
1/2 Cup 100 Soy Protein Isolate
1/2 Cup cold water
1/2 Cup heavy cream
3 packets artificial sweetener
1 tablespoon Hershey's cocoa
Your most important tool for this recipe is a shaker cup, kind you use for diet shakes. A good substitute is a jar with a tight lid.
Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously for about a minute or so.
Shaking helps eliminate lumps, but if you have a few little ones, they aren't too bad.
Pour into a container and put in freezer for about 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until very cold but not frozen solid.
The whole recipe has about 7 total carbs, so eat as little or as much as you want.
It's also very filling for a snack since it's so protein packed.
