Coffee Icebox Pie

2 Tbs. butter
12-oz pkg chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1 quart softened coffee ice cream
Shaved unsweetened chocolate
Melt butter and chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies. Spread mixture evenly over a deep 9-inch pie plate to make crust. Chill.
Spread ice cream in prepared crust. Freeze.
To serve: Remove from freezer and shave unsweetened chocolate over top a few minutes before cutting.
