Coffee Rich (Fake) Ice Cream
2 cups Coffee Rich
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar (white or brown)
1/2 cup Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together well. Freeze until slushy but not totally solid. Stir. Freeze and serve as you would ice cream.
