Ice Cream Yum-Yum
1 cup brown sugar
4 cups Rice Chex cereal, crushed
3/4 stick margarine
2 cups moist shredded coconut
1 cup nuts
Mix all ingredients (reserve 1/2 to 3/4 cup) well and press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread 1/2 gallon softened ice cream over cereal layer. Pour chocolate syrup over top of ice cream; sprinkle reserved crumbs over chocolate. Freeze until firm.
