Jewelled Ice Cream
2 litre carton good quality vanilla ice cream
Candy bars, such as Snickers, Mars Bars, Crunchie, Turkish Delight, Peppermint Crisp
Chop bars finely and fold into softened ice cream.
Mix well so chocolate pieces are spread through evenly, then re-freeze.
Serve with a good quality chocolate sauce and rolled wafer biscuits.
