Lemon Cooler ice cream 
 
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
6 oz. can frozen lemonade 
graham cracker crust made from scratch 
Soften the ice cream and mix with the lemonade.  
Put graham cracker crust on the bottom of a 9x5 loaf pan.  
Fill with ice cream mixture and refreeze. This makes 2.
