Oreo Ice Cream Cake
Crust:
40 Oreo cookies crushed (save 2 tablespoons)
1/2 cup margarine melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups powdered sugar
Cool Whip
Mix together crushed cookies and 1/2 cup margarine.
Press into a 13x9” pan.
Freeze 1/2 hour.
Spread softened ice cream on top.
Freeze 1/2 hour.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Boil until thick.
Cool.
Pour over ice cream layer and freeze.
Top with Cool Whip and 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs.
