Pumpkin Dessert
Crust:
16 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup sugar
Filling:
1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream
1 (4 serving size) package instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 cup pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 pint cream, whipped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
Mix crust ingredients and save some for the top. Put rest into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
Mix filling ingredients on low speed with mixer. Pour on baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs. Freeze until firm.
