Russian Coffee Ice
1 Cup brewed coffee
2 packets artificial sweetener
1 to 2 shots 80 proof vodka (pending on taste)
heavy cream to taste
Combine all ingredients and put in a container for freezer.
Alcohol will not let this freeze solid.
Freeze approximately overnight or more until frozen as much as possible. A spoon will break this into "flakes" and is a great treat for those who like combination of coffee and vodka.
