  Strawberry Sorbet- use fully ripe strawberries 
  1 cup water 
  3/4 cup sugar 
  2 cups fresh strawberries 
  1/2 cup orange juice 
  Combine water and sugar and heat over low heat until sugar dissolves, then boil gently 5 minutes without stirring; set aside to cool. Wash berries, hull and puree. Combine all and freeze.
