Banana Burrito   
1 (10") flour tortilla 
1 banana 
1 Tbl. semi sweet chocolate chips 
1 Tbl. egg yolk 
2 oz. caramel sauce 
1 oz. chocolate syrup 
Warm tortilla to soften (10 seconds in a microwave works well). Put peeled banana and chocolate chips in center of tortilla. Roll tightly and fold in the sides. Use egg yolk to seal edge. Refrigerate for a few minutes.
Fry to golden brown. Cut off edges and cut the rest of the burrito in half at a 45 degree angle. Stand in warm caramel and chocolate sauces. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, toasted pecans and fresh strawberries. Serves 1.
