Strawberry Fluff
1 punnet strawberries hulled and washed- approx 15-20 medium sized strawberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 egg whites.
Puree the strawberries with the sugar and the lemon juice. Whip the egg whites till stiff. Add the pureed strawberries and beat till light and thick. Transfer to a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate.
