Tropical Delight
1 (8 ounces) can mixed fruit (juice included)
3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
6 Tablespoons boiling water
2 Tablespoons Island Pineapple gelatin (dry out of box)
Mix the gelatin with the boiling water. Stir briskly. Add the ice-cream quickly. Blend in the fruit, stirring constantly. Pour into two 1-cup glasses and serve
