Aunt Eva's Peach Stuff
1st layer:
2 (4 serving size) peach Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 medium sized can crushed pineapple(drained)
1 can peach pie filling.
2nd layer:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 small sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add 1 cup cold water, pineapple and pie filling. Chill until firm. Combine remaining ingredients and put on top of congelled layer. Refrigerate until firm.
