Aunt Ruby's Surprise
1 large box lemon Jello
1 C. hot water (use pineapple juice and water to make
1 cup)
1 C. drained pineapple tidbits
2/3 C. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise (your preference)
1 C. cottage cheese
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
Mix Jello and hot water mixture til Jello is dissolved. Mix in other ingredients. Pour into mold and chill til set. It
isn't very yellow, but you could spread cool whip on it to make it whiter and fluffier.
