Coffee Gel Dessert 
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 
1/2 cup coffee liqueur (Kaluha) 
3 cups hot black coffee 
3/4 cup sugar 
pinch of salt 
whipping cream 
Sprinkle gelatin over liqueur to soften. Add coffee, sugar, and salt. Stir until mixture is clear. Pour in 8 sherbert glasses. Chill till firm. Garnish with whipped cream, squeezed from pastry bag.
