Honey Banana Mold
2 tbsp gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1 1/2 c milk
1 lemon
1/2 c honey
3 bananas, mashed through a sieve
1 c whipped cream
Soak gelatin in cold water until soft. Heat milk. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Add honey, mashed bananas, and lemon juice. Set in a cool place. When it begins to thicken, gently fold in the whipped cream. Chill thoroughly.
