Jello Dessert with Pretzels
1 1/2 c. pretzels, broken with rolling pin
2 T. sugar
3/4 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 large package raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) packages frozen sweetened raspberries
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine crushed pretzels, sugar and margarine and press on bottom of 13 by 9" pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and pour on top of crust.
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add raspberries and mix until well combined. Pour Jello mixture over top of pan. Refrigerate until set.
