Strawberry Jello Cake

1 purchased angel food cake (round style)
2 cups water, hot
2 (4 serving size) pkgs strawberry Jello
2 (10 ounce) pkgs frozen strawberries
1 large bowl with lid


Put water in large bowl and add Jello, stir until jello is disolved completely; add frozen strawberries and stir until berries are seperated and jello starts to set.

Add cake, you must push it down into the bowl, which will crinkle the cake and fruit mix will come up side and center. Put lid on bowl and refrigerate until well set (it doesn't take long).

Remove lid from bowl,turn upside down on cake plate and remove bowl. Frost cake with whipped cream where ever bare of fruit. Use extra for garnish on slices when serving if desired.
