Fruit Bruschetta

2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tsp. cinnamon
1 peach, peeled and diced
1/2 banana, diced
8 large strawberries, diced
3 to 4 Tbsp. plain yogurt
honey or maple syrup for drizzling


Cut bread into 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick slices. Toast slices or grill in hot oven for 5 minutes. Brush one side of each slice with hot butter.

Combine 1 Tbsp. of the sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over buttered side of each toast. Broil toasts until tops are bubbling. Allow to cool.

Mix fruit and remaining 1 Tbsp. sugar. Mound onto toasts and top with 1 tsp. yogurt. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
