5 eggs, separated
50 gr sugar
250 gr flour
50 gr butter melted
185 cc milk
raisins to taste
powdered sugar
sugar and cinnamon

Melt butter in a large frying pan and keep warm.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar 1 Tbsp at a time until stiff peaks form.

In big bowl mix egg yolks, flour, melted butter and milk. Mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Pour batter into warm large frying pan. Cover and cook at low flame for a short time. Using 2 forks, tear pancake into large pieces and turn over to cook other side. When almost done tear pieces into little pieces and brown on all sides.

Sprinkle with raisins and powdered sugar. Serve with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
