Marshmallow
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 dessertspoons gealtine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 dessertspoon lemon juice
Place first three ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, and allow to boil for 10 minutes. Let cool. Add vanilla and juice ( if used ) Beat until thick and fluffy.
