Orange Mallow Frost

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted. Chill until partially set.

Fold in fruit and marshmallows. Pour into dessert dishes and chill until firm. Garnish with additional oranges, marshmallows, mint, or maraschino cherries, if desired.

Serves 6.
