Pumpkin Crunch

1 can (1 lb 13 oz) pumpkin
1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tps cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 c sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c chopped nuts
1 stick butter, melted


Blend together all the ingredients except cake mix,nuts, and butter. Pour into a 13x9 pan. sprinkle evenly with cake mix and chopped nuts. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
