Raspberry Fool 
300 ml thickened cream
25 g sifted icing sugar
50 g toasted muesli
dash vanilla essence
225 g fresh raspberries
grated chocolate
Whip thickened cream until firm but not stiff.  
 
Stir in sifted icing sugar, toasted muesli, a few drops vanilla essence and raspberries.  
Serve in glass dishes decorated with extra raspberries and grated chocolate.
