Pumpkin Mousse

Pumpkin Ginger Mousse

1 c canned pumpkin
3 c whipped cream (real whipped cream, not processed)
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Put pumpkin and spices in amixing bowl and fold in spices. Gently fold in whipped cream. Serve in a wine glass and top with a whipped cream rosette.
