1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
3 Tbsp flour
3 egg yolks (Save whites)
2 cups milk
1/2 stick margarine
Mix all together, cook over medium heat until thick. Stir often. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
Line casserole bowl with vanilla wafers. Pour in chocolate mixture. I sometimes put vanilla wafers in the middle of the pudding. Make meringue with the egg whites, cover and bake until golden brown. 375 degrees
