Chocolate Pudding
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons cocoa, sifted
2 3/4 cup milk
1 square semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa in a medium saucepan.
Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in semi-sweet chocolate, butter and vanilla.
Pour into serving bowl and cover surface with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.
Refrigerate until set.
