Lemon Pudding 
1 cup sugar 
1/2 t. salt 
1 1/2 cups milk 
4 level T. flour 
2 T. butter 
3 eggs, separated 
Juice of large lemon 
Cream butter and sugar; Add yolks and mix well. Add lemon juice and beat well. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Pour into a casserole. Place in a pan of hot water and bake for 40 minutes.
