Lemon Lush

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine -- melted

1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese -- softened
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip®

Pudding Layer
2 small packages instant lemon pudding
2 2/3 cups cold milk

Crust: Mix ingredients well and spread into a 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and let cool.
Filling: Beat all ingredients until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.

Pudding Layer: Mix ingredients until pudding starts to thicken. Spread filling over cooled crust, then pour pudding over top. Spread remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.

NOTES : To change flavor add coconut cream pudding in place of the lemon and garnish with toasted coconut.
