Lime Pudding
1 cup granulated sugar
3 Tblsp. flour
3 Tblsp. lime juice
3 Tblsp. melted butter or margarine
1 cup milk
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
Mix sugar and flour; add lime juice. Stir and add oleo, then milk. Beat egg yolks and add to mixture.
Beat egg
whites until stiff. Slowly pour mixture over egg whites, folding in as you pour. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Pour
mixture in, place in pan with 1 inch of water. Cook for 1 hour at 325 degrees F.
