Pudding: Peach Cobbler Pudding

Peach Cobbler Pudding

1 large can peaches
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup cold water
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together except peaches and pour into a deep, greased pan. Spread a peaches over batter. Do not drain juice. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over peaches. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over water. Bake until brown on top at 350 for about 40 minutes.
