Peanut Butter Fluff
Yield: Six, half-cup servings
2 cups chilled Vanilla Ensure PlusŪ (recipe does not work with any substitution)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 package (4-serving size) instant chocolate pudding
1 cup whipped topping
Using an electric mixer set at low speed, gradually combine Ensure PlusŪ with peanut butter.
Add pudding mix; beat at low speed until well blended, about two minutes. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into individual dishes.
