Creamy Rice Pudding

3 Cups Milk
3 Cups Light Cream
1 1/2 cups regular rice
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

In a saucepan add first four ingredients and heat until it bubbles around the edge, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cover and simmer for 1 hour until rice is very tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in vanilla and nutmeg and chill for about 3 hours. Then fold whipped cream into rice mixture and serve.
