Chocolate Fudge Topping
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Combine evaporated milk and morsels in a medium sauce pan. Cook over low heat stirring frequently until morsels are melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Store remaining sauce in fridge.
